Sad Day
Mother's Day - it's finally here... it's painful. Mom is gone and Dad died on Mother's day in 1991. It's gloomy, raining with lightning & thunder... a sign, in my opinion, that it is not right that Mom is gone. She should be here. Every Mother's Day I'd ask her what she wanted - and she'd always say, "a plant". Last year I got her Lilac bushes. This year I'll plant something at her grave. Never what I'd have expected in a million years. I want her back, I want her to give me a big hug and make me feel like the most special daughter in the world.
