It's not new, but it's gaining momentum -
dairy appears to be the new low-carb. Drink milk, eat cheese, lose weight. For the past few days I've been having yogurt and milk for breakfast and with lunch and I always find it easy to down some cheese - not sure if my fat is melting away - I'll letcha know more later, like after I gain 5 lbs on Thanksgiving.
